Who has accused Marilyn Manson of abuse and who are his ex-girlfriends?

SHOCK rocker Marilyn Manson recently came under fire from one of his ex-girlfriends for allegedly abusing her for years.

It is not the first time the musician has had controversy stirred up around his love life.

Who has accused Marilyn Manson of abuse?

On February 1, 2021 Evan Rachel Wood claimed her ex-fiance Marilyn Manson "horrifically abused her for YEARS" and she wants to "expose this dangerous man."

Evan has always been open about suffering abuse from a previous relationship but had never revealed the partner's identity until now.

The 33-year-old Westworld actress, who came out as bisexual a few years ago, took to Instagram in the early hours of Monday to reveal the identity of her alleged abuser.

She claimed: "The name of my abuser is Brian Warner, also known to the world as Marilyn Manson.

"He started grooming me when I was a teenager and horrifically abused me for years. I was brainwashed and manipulated into submission. I am done living in fear of retaliation, slander, or blackmail.

"I am here to expose this dangerous man and call out the many industries that have enabled him, before he ruins any more lives.

"I stand with the many victims who will no longer be silent."

The Sun has reached out to Marilyn Manson's rep for comment, but did not hear back at the time of publication.

Who are his ex-girlfriends?

Dita von Teese

Manson dated the "Queen of Burlesque" Dita von Teese for five years before the pair married.

Although it was Manson's first trip down the aisle, the two split two years later.

She said that she went into the marriage with the expectation of monogamy and that something serioushappened between the pair that prompted their break up.

"Let's just say that it must have been something pretty bad for me to move out of the house after six years together and to pack up my stuff on Christmas Eve," she told Harper's Bazaar in 2007.

"I loved him, and this was the most painful thing I have ever had to go through. It's been really difficult," she explained.

Rose McGowan

Manson was engaged to Rose McGowan for two years. The pair began dating in 1999 before calling it quits in 2001.

"There is great love, but our lifestyle difference is, unfortunately, even greater," she said in a statement in January of 2001, per E! News.

In further interviews, she alleged that his drug use played a big part in their split.

Lindsey Usich

Speaking to Nicolas Cage with Interview magazine in October 2020, Manson revealed he has gotten engaged to photographer Lindsey Usich.

Nicolas was a guest at the wedding via FaceTime.

The two have allegedly been dating since 2012.

CariDee English

In 2010, former America's Next Top Model contestant and actress CariDee English was linked to Manson.

Life & Style once reported that the pair was an item, writing that a source said, "They met when Marilyn helped CariDee on her album. They've been seeing each other ever since. She loves how different he is."

CariDee took to Twitter to disspell the rumor at the time, writing:

"Marilyn Manson has been a great source of encouragement to me musically.Like a brother/sister.Tomato tomato," and, "We are only friends. As an artist in her bloom I've needed someone to look too. Why not one of the best. My only relationship is music."

Peaches Geldof

Peaches Geldof, daughter of Bob Geldof, dated Manson when she was young.

In 2014, she tragically passed away at 25-years-old of a heroin overdose.

"We are beyond pain," her father told the BBC. "She was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us."

Lana del Rey

In 2012, fans speculated that singerLana del Rey and Manson may have been an item.

The two were caught spotted sneaking into an elevator at the five-star Grand Hyatt hotel in Berlin, Germany,

Two years after dating rumors surfaced, the pair were embroiled in a controversy over a video clip they created in which Rey appears to be raped by Manson.

Fans came down on the shock-rocker after they believed it to be Manson's music video.

Kathryn Frazier, a spokesperson for Manson had said that the video had nothing to do with the Manson camp.

“Manson did not direct this, shoot it, nor was it for a Marilyn Manson video or outtake footage made by him or to be used by him with his music”, she said. “It must be a fan video splicing up old Manson video footage with someone else’s Lana Del Rey footage.”
