AKTAR Islam and Anna Haugh star in series 2 of Snackmasters.

Who is Aktar Islam?
Aktar Islam, 40, is a Michelin-star chef who you might recognise from BBC’s MasterChef: The Professionals where he starred as a guest judge.
His TV appearances don't stop there – in 2009 he won Gordon Ramsay's The F Word and in 2011 he won the fish course final in BBC Two's Great British Menu.
Elsewhere he's appeared in Market Kitchen, Perfect, Saturday Kitchen, and The One Show.
A busy man, he owns three Indian cruisine eateries: Opheem Restaurant, Pulperia Asado, and takeaway Aktar at Home.
Opheem won him the first Michelin starred Indian restaurant in the UK outside of London.
He's based in Birmingham and has a son.
On his social media he describes himself as "All round nice guy; most of the time!"
Who is Anna Haugh?
Anna Haugh is the head chef at Myrtle, a restaurant in London's Chelsea.
Hailing from Dublin, she's been in the industry for around 20 years.
She began her career in l’Ecrivain with Derry Clarke, Pied à Terre and Paris’ Hotel Lotti, and she helped launch Gordon Ramsay’s London House restaurant.
In 2019 she won International Chef Of The Year.
Her TV appearances include Ready Steady Cook and Royal Recipes.
She told Brummel: "I’m happiest when I am cooking."
When is Snackmasters on TV and how can I watch it?
Snackmasters is a show that pits too professional chefs against each other.
Series two begins tonight (December 10) on Channel 4 at 8pm.
Anna and Aktar will feature in the first episode which focuses on Quavers.
Fred Sirieix presents the show. He told the RadioTimes: “The secret of Snackmasters is the matchmaking – it’s just like in boxing.
"Styles make fights. It’s about matchmaking the right chefs together so that when they are going head-to-head, the dynamic is right – it’s all about that chemistry between these two chefs and how they bounce off each other."
