Strictly Come Dancing has entered week 12 and the semi-finals are now well underway. Dan Walker and dance partner Nadiya Bychkova exited the BBC competition in week 11, after being beaten by AJ Odudu and Kai Widdrington in the dreaded dance-off. Only four couples remain, and the competition is tighter than ever.

What time is Strictly Come Dancing on tonight?

It’s the penultimate week of Strictly and all four couples are desperate to make it into the final.

Of course, another must go on Sunday night, so expect them to be giving it their all this evening.

Strictly continues at 7.05pm on BBC One, with Sunday night’s episode starting slightly later at 7.20pm.

Week 10 was tough enough for the dance partners, with Odudu almost exiting the competition following her shock placement in the dance-off last Sunday.

However, it was Walker that ultimately went home, despite giving another crowd-pleasing performance that the judges enjoyed.

Walker recently broke his silence on his exit following his return to BBC Breakfast.

Speaking to Sally Nugent, Dan said: “When you’ve been through something like that and enjoyed every second of it… I’m not sad that it’s over.

“I’ll miss not going training with Nadiya today and learning a new dance and getting ready for the semi-final because that’s been sort of the rhythm of my week for the last three months, bizarrely.

“But I’m just happy that it happened in the first place, so that’s the way I’m looking at it.”

The four remaining couples are AJ Odudu and Kai Widdrington, Rhys Stephenson and Nancy Xu, John Whaite and Johannes Radebe, and Rose Ayling-Ellis and Giovanni Pernice.

It will be an extra-long night for the stars, with each couple performing not one, but two dances.

It will be a true test of all the skills they have learned, along with their stamina in the competition.

What are the dances and songs in week 12?

Rhys Stephenson and Nancy Xu will dance the Samba to It Had Better Be Tonight (Meglio Stasera) by Michael Bublé.

Their second dance will be the Tango to One Vision by Queen.

AJ Odudu and Kai Widdrington will dance the Rumba to Show Me Heaven by Maria McKee for their first song.

They will follow it up with the Quickstep to Sing, Sing, Sing by Benny Goodman.

Rose Ayling-Ellis and Giovanni Pernice’s first dance will be the Argentine Tango to A Evaristo Carriego by Eduardo Rovira.

Their next dance will be the Waltz to How Long Will I Love You by Ellie Goulding.

Finally, John Whaite and Johannes Radebe will dance the Jive to Higher Power by Coldplay.

Their second dance will be the Couple’s Choice to Hometown Glory by Adele.

Strictly Come Dancing continues Saturday at 7.05pm on BBC One.
