Teen Mom Jenelle Evans & David Eason win four-wheelers & toys in court war with ex-pal- but she claims ATVs are 'rotten'

TEEN Mom alum Jenelle Evans and David Eason won back their four-wheelers and the children’s toys back in their court-war with their former friend, but the mom claimed the ATVs are “rotted and the toys are moldy.”

While the former Teen Mom star was happy to share the news that she and husband David, 33, scored a win in court against her former friend Katrina Beaumont, Jenelle said she was sorely disappointed when it came time to pick her things up.

The 29-year-old mom-of-three exclusively told The Sun that after months of back and forth with Katrina in court over property Jenelle had claimed she had been withholding from her and David, she was excited to finally pick their things up.

But once they were able to get a good look at their property the found that the ATVs were all “rotted out and the kids toy boxes were all moldy.”

The former MTV star said she was devastated: “I’ve been crying for 2 days about all of this. It really hurts my feelings that a friend would do that to my kids’ stuff.”

The judgement which was obtained by The Sun which and was granted on November 3rd, allowed Jenelle and David to re-claim “a 2016 trailer truck with two four-wheelers, kids toy boxes with toys inside, wooden trunk of cords, GoPro accessories, an Epson Workforce printer, tools, and an anvil for blacksmithing.”

As The Sun had first reported, David had filed a Claim and Delivery complaint alleging property is being “wrongfully withheld” by his and Jenelle’s former friend Katrina back in July.

He claimed she has “no lawful justification” to fail to return the items and that Jenelle had“made repeated attempts to recoup the property.”

He alleged in the June 2021 court papers that all attempts to obtain the belongings have been “ignored” by Katrina.

David claimed the belongings total $7,500.

In the initial complaint included a man’s wedding ring, 2016 truck trailer, welding machine, tools including saws, hammers, wrenches, screwdrivers and more.

The complaint also listed blow dart gun, bow and arrow, leaf blower, air compressor and more items that were not listed for pick up in the judgement in November.

Teen Mom 2 fans are familiar with Jenelle’s longtime friend Katrina, as she has appeared on the MTV show and on the star’s social media pages.

In October 2019, Jenelle announced her divorce from David and fled to Tennessee with their daughter Ensley, 4, and her son Kaiser, 7, from a previous relationship with Nathan Griffith.

David claimed he was “robbed” a month later and accused Jenelle.

When the couple reconciled months later, they accused Katrina and her husband Shawn of withholding the items.

Jenelle wrote on Facebook at the time: “Hey Katrina and Shawn… Can I please have my belongings back that you took from me? I really need my ATVs, boat, guns, jewelry and other things ASAP. I have been trying to contact you for a month now.”

David was fired in 2018 from Teen Mom 2 over homophobic social media comments.

Jenelle was let go a year later when David shot and killed the family dog.
