Strictly Come Dancing fans excited as Rylan introduces BBC show’s singers

Strictly Come Dancing fans were thrilled to see the unveiling of the show's singers on the spin-off show It Takes Two, as four of the star featured on BBC 2 programme.

On Tuesday's episode, host Rylan interviewed the Strictly singers, Tommy Blaize, Hayley Sanderson, Andrea Grant and Jamie Squire, as the show gears up for its final week.

Strictly viewers stormed to social media to show their support, with one saying: "How good were the Strictly Singers on It Takes Two – they are the most underrated bit of the whole show! So insanely versatile."

While a second added: "I maintain that Dave Arch, his band and fantastic singers make Strictly what it is. Talented musicians and singers bringing proper live music to your living rooms on a Saturday night. Lovely stuff."

And a third penned: "So refreshing seeing the Strictly singers Tomm yBlaize, Hayley Sanderson, Andrea Grant and Jamie Squire interviewed on It Takes Two. Great job Rylan."

A fourth wrote: "Lovely to hear from the Strictly singers this evening!"

A fifth typed: "It's nice to see a face behind the voices. Some songs can be a little hit and miss with the singers other then that they can mostly do quite well."

And another tweeted: "Really nice to see the spotlight on the Strictly singers for a change."

This comes after Strictly Come Dancing star AJ Odudu addressed the romance rumours swirling around about her and professional partner Kai Widdrington.

The 33-year-old television presenter has hit back at claims that the pair are more than just close friends away from the BBC dance competition.

AJ and Kai found out on Sunday night that they'd made the 2021 final alongside Rose Ayling-Ellis and Giovanni Pernice and John Whaite and Johannes Radebe.

Speaking to about the talk surrounding her and Kai, AJ said: "I think this goes to show how we are clearly getting on really well.

"But, obviously, we just really want everyone to focus on what we're doing on the dancefloor."

Kai, 26, added: "[It's] how the dance is supposed to be done."

Strictly Come Dancing Final airs Saturday on BBC One at 7pm
