Stacey Solomon fights back the tears as she gets emotional over fan support for new series of Sort Your Life Out

STACEY Solomon fought back tears last night after being inundated with support over the new series of her show Sort Your Life Out.

The new mum, 32, admitted she “wasn’t ready” for the reaction she received after she helped a family declutter their lives on the BBC programme.

As she lay with her sleeping daughter Rose afterwards, she told her followers: “My hormones and my eyelashes were not ready for your messages.

"Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It means the absolute world. They really were such a beautiful family.”

The mum-of-four shared a few of the messages she had received, as fans praised her and said they couldn't wait until next week.

It was an incredibly emotional episode last night, which saw Stacey break down as she helped single mum Stephanie and her three daughters.

During the BBC series' warehouse scene, Stephanie was faced with the difficult task of organising items from her wedding – which she'd been storing in the loft since splitting from her husband Josh.

She admitted that she wanted to keep some remnants from her relationship in case her children wanted them when they were older, which Stacey found incredibly moving.

Speaking to the camera, the TV favourite shared: "To be able to save really painful memories for her, which could be massive chunks for answers to her children's questions is a really selfless thing to do.

"I almost get really sad; when my mum and dad got divorced, my mum let go of everything. I've never seen my mum's wedding dress and wedding photos.

"I definitely almost have a jealousy of watching the girls see all their parents photos and stuff."

Wiping tears from her eyes as she confessed: "I'm so emotional. What is is, I really love them people as well – they're the most gorgeous family.

"You can see Steph has devoted her life to these kids, she's so lovely, this whole day has just got me."

Stacey and her team were able to overhaul the family's life and home by completely decluttering the space – throwing out or donating plenty of items to clear the way for their most valued possessions.

They were visibly thrilled by the end result, which also saw the girls' shared bedroom be transformed into two separate spaces, and a movie projector screen be installed in the living area.
