Maya Jama suffers a huge gash to her head and asks if her ‘bad luck will ever end’ – The Sun

MAYA Jama suffered a nasty gash to her head and was left dripping blood after an accident at home.

The telly host, 25, hit her head on a door handle and was shocked when the bump split her head open.

The model had to call for help and her apartment's gym manager turned up with his first aid kit to clean her up.

"Not going to lie, mercury retrograde thing, this is mad!" she said on Instagram Stories.

"I just bent over and hit my head on my door handle and my head split open. What the f*** is going on? I do not have time!"

She then shared a video of the gym manager cleaning her wound with cotton wool.

"So my lovely gym manager at my apartment has saved the day. Look at the f***ing state," she said.

Panic over and Maya was left moaning: "When will the bad luck end?!

Maya has also been unlucky in love this year as she called it quits from her famous boyfriend Stormzy in August after four years together.

It's thought they ended their relationship on good terms, but Maya no longer follows the rapper on Instagram.

But fans have already paired her up with eligible bachelor Jamie Redknapp.

Last month they shared fun snaps together prompting fans to beg the pair to strike up a romance.

The TV star and former footballer, 46, swapped the Bavarian outfits they donned earlier in the week for some basketball gear as they filmed their latest challenge for A League Of Their Own.

Maya and Jamie appeared to be on the same team as they posed in black vests while co-stars Andrew Flintoff and Tom Davis sported matching red versions.

The lads jokingly pulled serious facial expressions while Maya crouched down with a sassy look on her face.

Teasing their challenge on social media, Jamie later shared a snap of the group shooting some hoops.

It was followed by another picture of the group in ice hockey gear – Maya and Jamie once again sporting matching jerseys.

One said: "Maya & Jamie [heart emoji]."

Another added: "ok can they get married now?"

Someone else said: "Redknapp making his move."

Jamie split from his ex-wife Louise in 2017 following her career comeback on Strictly Come Dancing.
Louise and Jamie, 45, got married on a luxury yacht in Bermuda in 1998 and went on to have two sons together, Charley, 14, and Beau, ten.
