LPBW’s Matt Roloff and girlfriend Caryn Chandler wear full face visors as they host first socially distanced party – The Sun

LITTLE People, Big World's Matt Roloff admits socially distanced parties "aren't as much fun as normal" as he hosts a party at home with girlfriend Caryn Chandler.

Matt, 58, is the Roloff patriarch from the long running reality show and recently moved into his new dream home on the family farm with Caryn, 52.

The happy couple decided to have some friends over for their first party since lockdown restrictions eased in Arizona.

They invited six of their best friends around, hosting them on their deck and made sure to wear full face visors, respect social distance rules and even coated their tables with plastic wrap.

Matt posted a video on Instagram of the friends smiling and chatting as they caught up after months apart.

The LPBW star wrote: "@carynchandler1 and I had 6 of our close friends over for our very first social distance get together mini party.

"We Stayed outside… wore face coverings and tried to stay apart… not quite as fun as normal but a small slow step forward… #staysafe #staywell #becareful."

While some fans teased the couple, saying their safety measures were over the top congratulated Matt and Caryn on following the social distancing rules.

One Instagram user wrote: "This is how my parents do this. They would die if they catch covid. Better safe than sorry!"

Another said: "Everyone has their own anxiety over this. If that’s what they needed to hang out and feel safe, it’s really ok."

Matt and Caryn purchased the home from her parents in June 2018 for $375,000 following his divorce from ex-wife Amy, 55.

The “charming” home is the perfect escape for Matt, who has been making renovations on his Oregon farm.

The Arizona abode features two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.

The home has corian countertops, tile and wood flooring throughout, bay windows and stainless steel appliances.

The peaceful patio boasts a built-in gas BBQ, fire pit, waterfall and stunning mountain views.

Matt revealed photos of his dream home on the family farm earlier this month.

“New house designed with permits submitted. Farm is under control. New Covid cleaning procedures in place… Now time to catch my breath… before real summer work begins.”

One photo reveals a luxurious modern yet rustic home with a wood-beamed ceiling, decorative stone wall, spacious glass windows and expansive outdoor patio perfect for entertaining.

The TLC reality star also showed a stack of logs he prepared to create a small log cabin on Roloff Farms.

Matt’s divorce from Amy, mother of his four children Jeremy and Zachary, both 32, Molly, 26, Jacob, 23, was finalized in May 2016 after thirty years of marriage.

Amy moved off the farm in October after receiving a payout of $667k from her ex-husband.

Caryn has been dating Matt for four years.

She was Matt’s assistant for over a decade before they began dating.
