John Torode appeared on This Morning this week, plugging the much-anticipated Masterchef finale and whipping up an expert pad Thai.
However, This Morning viewers were left distracted by his haircut during his presenting stint, as they exclaimed over his 90s-style "curtains".
Previous seasons of Masterchef have seen John work a short, choppy haircut, cut close on the sides with more length at the top.
With salons and barbers forced to close due to the lockdown, John has allowed his salt and pepper haircut to grow out, parting his hair down the centre.
As John discussed the impending Masterchef finale, it was his hair that got viewers talking, as they headed to Twitter to debate his mop.
One said: "Omfg what's John torrode's curtain hair sayin?"
"The barbershops are open, John – AND they take credit cards, too!" snapped another, suggesting it was time for a trim.
And a third penned: "John Torode still hasn’t been to the barbers then."
The Masterchef finale was due to air on Friday evening, but following news of Prince Philip’s death, BBC replaced all broadcasts with tributes to the late Royal.
On Tuesday morning, BBC confirmed the finale would go ahead on Wednesday evening, five nights later than originally planned.
John discussed the finale on This Morning, assuring viewers it was a close competition, with lockdown giving each chef the opportunity to hone their skills.
"We’ve been moved from Friday obviously because of the unfortunate event. So everybody has been waiting for the final," he said.
"It’s an exciting final. I have to say because of lockdown there’s been so many people have been practising and doing so many things and cooking at home."

Handpicked by John and Gregg Wallace, three chefs remain in the finale – Tom, Alexina and Mike are left to battle it out for the crown.
In the finale, the amateur chefs will be given three hours to prepare three dishes for the duo, showcasing their skills.
This Morning airs on weekdays at 10am on ITV.
