Hollyoaks Grace Black’s fate exposed as star unveils blunder viewers didn’t see

Hollyoaks fans were left with their jaws on the floor last night as Grace Black (Tamara Wall) killed her brother Liam Donovan.

The village bad boy begged for his life during Wednesday's first look episode on E4 as Grace dangled him over a set of cellar stairs as his twisted plan to kill her and the rest of his enemies backfired in spectacular fashion.

Grace eventually let go and Liam tumbled to his death, making it her second brother to die in the last month.

The action-packed episode was full of threats, punches and confessions but one scene in particular took an unexpected turn during filming.

Chatting about the dramatic episode aired last night, Grace Black star Tamara Wall told Daily Star Online: "It had my favourite scene in it.

"When Grace kicked the door down. It was so much fun.

"When we filmed it, I asked the producers 'how am I doing it? Am I barging it?' and they were like 'Can you do a karate kick?' and I was like 'hell yeah'."

She continued: "I honestly loved it, as it was so Grace Black, but Greg [who plays James Nightingale] got really narky about it and was like 'hang on a minute you're making my character look like a real wimp' and was like 'well he is'.

Grace, James Nightingale, Sylver McQueen, John Paul McQueen, Mercedes McQueen and Maxine Minniver were all the unlucky guests invited to Liam's deranged dinner party, but it was host who actually met his grisly end.

The guests managed to get out alive, although Tamara admitted not everything went to plan when filming the scenes.

She confessed: "When I did the karate kick I actually broke the door more than I was supposed too.

"It's a good job we did it in one take because we couldn't fix it to do it again."

Despite loosing both of her brothers in such a short space of time, Tamara reveals that Grace's only fear will be getting found out.

The soap bar said: "Grace has spent her whole life dealing with people dying around her.

"I think she's got to the point now she has to kind of get on with it.

"Her biggest fear at first I getting found out because she did it basically, but you could argue that it was an accident. She gets away with it, once again."

Tamara, 42, also dropped a major hint that her alter-ego will get some help from an unlikely villager at the eleventh hour, but who is the mystery guardian angel?

"Grace turns herself into the police, but is rescued by someone you wouldn't expect," the actress teased.

Fans will have to tune in tonight to see the aftermath of Liam's death.
