Gemma Collins looks slimmer than ever after getting 'permanent contour' treatment on her face

GEMMA Collins is looking slimmer than ever after getting a painful "jawline tightening" treatment on her face.

After the former Towie star, 39, lost three stone she had the beauty treatment to look permanently contoured around her jawline.

And after the treatment she's looking slimmer than ever as she posed in her new "I'm claustrophobic Darren" hoodie on Instagram.

Fans rushed to tell the GC how amazing and healthy she looks.

"Your looking more gorgeous every day Gemma but please don't join the clones brigade! You don't need to," one fan commented.

"You look amazing!" another wrote.

A third added: "You are like wine. Get better as u get older !! U look amazing Gemma."

When Gemma had her jaw tightened she raved about the beauty treatment on her Instagram.

Filming herself, Gemma laid back as the beautician treats her face with the plasma pen.

She said: "Girls, if any of you are trying to contour your face, this is the best girl to do it. Ive got no filter, I've got nothing on my face."

The beautician explained: "Basically we are doing a jawline contouring and tightening treatment. There's no needles, it's literally done with a machine."

Gemma added: "Just a little pinch but it's worth it."

The treatment, called Fibroblasting on the London Aesthetic Company's website, is described as a way to "treat sagging dull skin and wrinkles".

The plasma pen "stimulates the production of collagen in the skin, leaving you with a renewed appearance of the skin".

The treatment is relatively new and so there aren't many studies on its effectiveness, but there is evidence to suggest it works as described.

Gemma is a fan of these fancy beauty treatments, including a luxurious hydro oxygen facial from the same company.

The star has also lost three stone by turning to brutal diets, controversial "skinny jabs" and even a £5,000-a-week juice camp in a bid to shed the pounds.

Though the reality diva – one of The Only Way Is Essex's best-loved stars – has always exuded confidence and body positivity no matter what her size, she's made no secret of her "nightmare" battle with food.

She has also courageously opened up about her struggle with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a hormonal condition that made it difficult for her to lose weight after her "very slim" twenties.

In June, The GC admitted to her two million Instagram followers that bullies have "taunted" her over the years, while companies have callously said she was "too fat to promote my brand".

Last year, Sun Online revealed the star was on a new weight loss plan with 'skinny jabs', which are injections that act as an appetite suppressant.
