EastEnders’ Denise Fox left horrified as she discovers Caleb’s killer past

EastEnders' Denise Fox was left horrified after she discovered her kidnapper Caleb's killer secret.

Chelsea knew that Caleb was holding her mum hostage and she paid him a visit and begged him to let her go.

Once free, Denise's daughter told her the truth about everything and how she owed Caleb money.

Chelsea told her mum that she met drug-dealer Caleb while clubbing in Ibiza.

She said: "He totally worshipped me, he bought me anything I wanted. I was stupid and I was greedy."

Caleb shot the teenager dead and then when Chelsea had tried to leave him, he claimed she owed him money.

She told a horrified Denise: "He came up with this deal. I run a load of drugs from London to Ibiza and my debts wiped clean."

The character then revealed why she had let her villainous father Lucas back into her life.

She said: "So I found a low life piece of scum to do it for me. Dad."

Viewers saw Lucas become enraged during Friday's episode during an intense showdown with Denise.

He ended up smashing a glass before seemingly fleeing Walford.

Chelsea said through tears: "But now he's gone, and Caleb still wants me to run the drugs. If I don't do it mum, he'll kill us all."

Viewers went into meltdown when they discovered it was Caleb who had kidnapped Denise on Friday and not Lucas.
