Death horror in Coronation Street as a shot rings out in Bistro gun siege

Damon Hay (Ciaran Griffiths) is continuing to deal drugs through the Bistro in Coronation Street but next week, the stakes are raised as two men enter the restaurant with a gun.

Making his arrival over the festive period, Damon introduced himself to Nick (Ben Price) and told him they’d be working together quite a lot in the future.

As Nick got to know Damon, he learnt that the money Harvey (Will Mellor) gave him actually belonged to the newcomer, so he now technically has shares in the business.

Because of this, and because Damon knew that Nick hadn’t been honest with Leanne (Jane Danson) about where he got the money from, he took advantage and started smuggling drugs through the deliveries.

The ordeal led to Jacob (Jack James Ryan) departing Weatherfield after his dad told him that if he stayed, he’d end up getting killed.

The dangerous world of smuggling and dealing leads to Nick confirming to Damon next week that another batch of drugs has been sent.

As the day unfolds, lives are put in danger when two masked men enter the bistro pointing a gun at Ryan (Ryan Prescott), demanding that he hands over the drugs.

With Sam (Jude Riordan) hiding under a table, he manages to call Nick but as he answers, he hears a gunshot down the line.

Nick, Leanne and Damon race towards the restaurant, but who’s been shot?

And when the police arrive, what will this mean for Nick, Damon and Leanne if they find drugs?
