BRIAN Austin Green's ex Vanessa Marcil has sided with his estranged wife Megan Fox after he put her through "complete devastation".
The former General Hospital star, 51, ended her relationship with the actor in 2003, with the couple sharing son Kassius.
Following Brian's recent split, Vanessa backed actress Megan in a supportive message on Instagram.
According to the Mail Online, she wrote: "Megan finally living her life for herself is in itself a gift to her children."
Brian and Megan tied the knot in 2004 before announcing their split in May 2020.
The former couple share three kids: Noah Shannon Green, seven, Bodhi Ransom Green, six, and Journey River Green, four.
Megan has since moved on with rapper Machine Gun Kelly, 30.
Last month, Brian spoke openly about their "amazing 15-year relationship" that brought them "three beautiful kids."
He said: "We shared a lot together and we really went through a lot together.
"So right now the paths are different and she is on her path doing what she feels she needs to be doing to be happy and I’m on my path doing what I feel I need to do to be happy and it’s not for a lack of love for the kids or lack of being responsible, it’s really important to take care of yourself."
Meanwhile, Brian and Vanessa called it quits shortly after their son's birth in 2003.
The actress previously claimed Brian and Megan tried to get full custody of Kassuis in 2006.
She wrote on Instagram in 2018: "12 years ago I was served legal papers and then spent 8 years+ defending myself and my son in custody court in response to his father & his stepmother trying to get full custody (that means I would have seen my son four days a month) and then asking me to pay them child support.
“They lost that case & a civil case asking me for 200,000. I never spoke publicly in order to protect my then young son from paparazzi that used to follow him & terrify him.
"I had also never asked for child support of any kind and had never tried to take time away from Kass’ dad seeing him. Ever."
The star added: "In the end they lost all of these court cases. The judge called them all ‘Frivolous’ They always had 50% custody and still did when court ended as I had and have NEVER asked for full custody.”
