There are plenty of conspiracy theories about Tupac Shakur and Biggie Smalls’ slayings. Unfortunately, to this day, there has yet to be a resolution to these two mysterious murders. However, Black Hawk Down actor Tom Sizemore thinks he can change that. According to leaked FBI documents discovered by a movie producer, Sizemore once offered up secondhand information on the two musicians’ deaths, implicating Suge Knight in his claims, and offering to wear a wire.
Tupac and Biggie’s mysterious slayings
Tupac Shakur and Biggie Smalls’ deaths are at the center of an ongoing mystery. To this day, it remains unclear who killed the music legends, and exactly why.
In fact, Shakur’s untimely death in September 1996 fueled the East Coast vs. West Coast mentality that seized hip hop in the ‘90s. This same mentality was only exacerbated when Biggie Smalls was shot less than a year later in March 1997.
The entire case has remained a mystery, but music producer and executive Suge Knight remains at the heart of the investigation. Though Suge Knight has denied involvement in the slayings, hip hop fans have speculated about his involvement for years.
Many believe that Suge Knight may have orchestrated the two musicians’ deaths. Some suspect that Knight learned Shakur planned on leaving his label and that Knight had him killed as a result. These same theories speculate that Knight then had Biggie killed in order to draw attention away from Shakur and himself. Knight is currently serving a 28-year sentence for his involvement in a hit-and-run in 2015.
Now, a leak has revealed that actor Tom Sizemore offered to cooperate with the FBI in order to implicate Suge Knight in the two music legends’ deaths.
Tom Sizemore approached the FBI about Suge Knight
The Sun Online recently obtained a leaked document featuring an interaction between Black Hawk Down actor Tom Sizemore and FBI agents. Sizemore claims to have met Suge Knight during an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting. He goes on to claim that a gang member known as “8-ball” informed him that Knight arranged the deaths of both Tupac Shakur and Biggie Smalls.
Sizemore went on to inform the FBI that he’s aware of another gang member who allegedly has information on Knight’s involvement in the murders.
The FBI document reads, in part, “Sizemore stated his stepfather was a Detroit police officer and admires the work of law enforcement officers. Because his 19-year-old sister recently was hooked on crystal meth, Sizemore will wear a wire or provide any information to help solve the Biggie Smalls murder as well as lead the FBI to take down the largest crystal meth house in California, which he stated as being run by the Mexican Mafia out of a warehouse.”
The information was leaked when movie producer Don Sikorski found the documents while researching the slayings for a film. “There is a lot of information out there about this case but I think these documents really tell a huge story,” said Sikorski.
“When I was researching this case I found it very disenchanting because at the end of the day someone is dead – which is Biggie – and these documents exist but no one has seemed to care enough to look into them or put them out there into the public,” he added.
Tom Sizemore also suggested that crooked LAPD cops might be involved in the slayings. In the documents, Sizemore alleged that two off-duty LAPD police offers approached Sizemore and Sean Penn at a party. According to Sizemore, the cops offered to perform a hit for Sizemore, saying that they “could take anybody out and nobody would ever know.”
One of the cops that supposedly approached Sizemore is identified as David Mack. The FBI has allegedly investigated Mack for involvement in Tupac Shakur’s death.
The Sun reports that Mack was involved in an LAPD scandal in which officers were “involved in unprovoked beatings and shootings, planting evidence and stealing and dealing narcotics.” Witness statements obtained by the FBI, present in the leaked file, suggest that Mack was on hand at the scene of Shakur’s death.
