The 55-year-old quizzer has been on quite the health kick during the lockdown and the pounds have been falling off.

Previously, Mark credited his busy lifestyle and his love of dog-walking for his dramatic weight loss.

The ITV Chaser, who better known as The Beast on the 5pm favourite, has now revealed that his lifestyle overhaul was actually spurred on after he'd been diagnosed with diabetes in 2017.
