Susannah Constantine is one tough cookie, braving the winter chill while going swimming in a lake near her West Sussex home.
The presenter, 58, paused for a quick snap before her outdoor soak, beaming as she posed in a cobalt blue swimsuit.
With her hair swept back in a bun and a pair of swimming socks on her feet, Sussanah looked prepared to dive straight into the icy lake for a refreshing bout of exercise.
Susannah has made a habit of winter swims near her countryside home, regularly sharing updates with her fans as she practises "wild swimming" in the great outdoors.
Adding the hashtag "wild Susannah," she wrote the caption: "Joy."
Making it clear beauty comes from within, she later commented: "Any glow is coming from the inside! Joy."
Susannah's celebrity mates and followers were quick to compliment the radiant snap, delighted to see the fashion mogul enjoying the winter dip in the lapping waters.
Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison wrote: "You look amazing!"
"Look at you – so brave, so gorgeous, so wild. Outswam the rest of us," added a second.
And a third, comparing her to a vixen from a 007 film, wrote: "Like a wild swim Bond girl emerging from the sea."
Stylish swimsuits aside, Susannah became a household name in the noughties thanks to her no-nonsense approach to fashion.
Alongside her pal Trinny Woodall, the mum-of-three fronted a number of successful BBC series, which saw the charismatic duo give Brits a life-altering makeover in the space of a few days.
Their shows What Not To Wear and How To Look Good Naked were an instant hit with viewers and inspired a number of spin-off books and memoirs.
Now, over a decade later, Susannah devotes herself to her podcast, known as My Wardrobe Malfunction, which sees her discuss fashion with a bevvy of celebrity guests.
Most recently, the likes of Girls Aloud star Nadine Coyle, presenter Jeremy Vine, and Loose Women star Andrea McLean have made appearances on the witty audio series.
