Love Island’s Ekin-Su and Davide tease plans for their first Christmas together

Love Island champions Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sancliment have teased what they have up their sleeve for their first Christmas as a couple.

The pair fell in love after meeting on the ITV2 dating show in the summer and went on to be crowned winners.

Their relationship appears to have gone from strength to strength with the pair now living together in a London flat.

Speaking about their plans for the festive period, Ekin-Su said at the TV Choice Awards last month: "We're just going to have a family meal, friends, presents.

Davide added: "We just going to do it at our house, invite the closest people…"

Ekin-Su will also be busy training for Dancing on Ice and is set to take part in the new series of the ITV show which returns next month.

Opening up about rehearsals so far, Ekin-Su said it's "very intense" and her "whole body hurts".

She added: ""Am I competitive? Yes! Do I think anyone is going to win? No, because people might surprise you."

Taking about his girlfriend's latest TV project, Davide gushed: "She’s putting a lot of effort in."

It has been confirmed that Love Island will be returning to ITV2 next month.

The new winter series, set in South Africa, will reportedly launch on Monday January 16, otherwise known as Blue Monday.

It would give Love Island fanatics waiting for their next dose of villa drama the perfect remedy for their January blues.

The grand final of the hit ITV2 dating show is reportedly scheduled to take place on March 13 after eight weeks of saucy villa action.

It comes as TV star Maya Jama is set to host the show for the first time ever since previous host Laura Whitmore stepped down from the role.

The winter series of Love Island has been rested for two years, but it last took place in Cape Town in 2020.
