Love Island stars Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt welcome baby girl

Love Island 's Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt have welcomed their first child together.

The Love Island star, 31, shared the news on social media, sharing a picture of the newborn.

Sharing a picture of herself looking besotted as she looked down at the little girl, who was wearing a white babygro and a matching hat she wrote: "Nell Sophia Jewitt | 4:32am 27th October 6lb 5oz.

"There may be a thousand new photos on my camera roll, but none of them could ever do justice to the way you have lit up our lives."

The second snap featured a close-up of the baby girl lying down, and the third picture featured Jamie as the pair looked admiringly at their newborn.

Camilla and Jamie met on the 3rd series of Love Island back in 2017, and quickly got together after his late arrival on the show.

Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Camilla revealed her due date had been and gone and she was still eagerly awaiting the arrival of her newborn.

Posting a snap of herself in a clingy black dress which highlighted her blossoming bump, Camilla wrote: "I do have a habit of overcooking things and it looks like this little bun is no different!

"Happy to have an extra few days to relax now though, after spending some quiet time offline getting organised.

"Now it's just about relaxing, keeping up with the laundry and restocking the snack cupboard each time @jamiejewitt_ eats all the hospital bag snacks (and then secretly restocking it again when I eat them all ) #40weeks."

Camilla and Jamie announced they were expecting their first child back in May with a sweet video posted on their social media pages, sending their fans wild.

The clip showed their dogs Audrey and Gus sitting with them as the pair showed off the scan before passing it around to their family member son a different screen.

She captioned the video: "So @jamiejewitt_ and I have managed to make something pretty special and we're not talking about the video… #17weeks #October2020".
