Whan asked by co-host Josh Rom whether her infamous viral cut had fully healed, Gemma made a surprising revelation to the two radio hosts.
Gemma replied: "I mean, I've got PTSD from it whenever I go near a knife."
But the reality star was full of praise for the production team behind Celebrity Big Brother as she was rushed to hospital following the nasty cut.
The former I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! campmate continued: "But you know what, you've always got around a laugh. And they [the producers] were great. They got me straight to the hospital"
She added: "And I was like, Can I get KFC on the way back and they [the producers] were like, "No, Gemma." I was like oh, All right then."
Elsewhere in the interview Gemma admitted that her experience on shows such as Celebrity Big Brother, I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here and Dancing on Ice has made her thick skinned.
Reflecting on her time in reality TV, Gemma told BBC host Alice Dale and Josh Rom: "I think what was tough was probably leaving the jungle, I took a lot of stick for that when I left the jungle. I had to follow my own soul and I had to follow what was right for me"
She continued: "I just got on to TV. I had just been selling cars, then done TOWIE, then I was asked to go the jungle and I just wasn't ready for it. So yeah, that was probably a tough time the rest to be honest. I'm used to take in the stick but I've got broad shoulders"
Gemma added: "You just have to always like do the right thing. You know what's right by you … I look back now and as you said, just resilience. I do have a lot of resilience."
