Sharon Stone has asked for fans to pray for her nephew after he was found with total organ failure in his crib.

The 63 year old actress posted to Instagram early Friday morning as she asked for a “miracle” to help her 11 month old nephew, River Stone.

Sharing a photo of River in bed, she captioned: “My nephew and godson River Stone was found in his crib total organ failure today.

“Please pray for him. We need a miracle.”

Her comments were quickly flooded with support from fans, friends and celebrities who all wished River well.

Actress Kate Hudson commented: “Sending light and healing love,” with Ruby Rose following with: “Praying for River and your whole family.”

Sharon Osbourne was also seen in the comments saying: “Bless him sending so much love and prayer”.

With director Ava DuVernay adding: “Holding you and your family in prayer.”

There have been no updates since the post on River’s condition.

River was born in September of 2020 to Sharon’s brother Patrick, with Sharon introducing fans to her nephew via Instagram a short time after his birth with a photo of the newborn.

She captioned at the time: “Look who’s going home: River William Stone, my brother Patrick and his wife Tasha’s new baby.”

Sharon is mother to three sons herself, 21 year old Roan, 16 year old Laird and 15 year old Quinn.

Accepting the Mother of the Year award in 2017 at the Associates for Breast and Prostate Cancer Studies Luncheon in Beverly Hills, Sharon said on motherhood through adoption: “I’m grateful my kids chose me, I am a lucky mom.

“Motherhood didn’t come easily, but it came lovingly to me by angels,

“We’re a happy and lucky family. That is the credo we stand for.

“We have a choice about what we teach our children — we have to stand tall and say yes to love.”

Her three sons had stood up at the ceremony to give a speech on Sharon at the time, with Laird saying: “My mother deserves this award, I love you mom.” And Quinn adding: “She is loving, caring and a great person.”

Roan also shared advice his mother had given him, adding: “Treat others the way you would want to be treated and to put your best foot forward.”
