Just before stepping on stage for her amazing performance at the 2019 American Music Awards on Sunday (November 24), Selena Gomez reportedly had a panic attack.
According to E! News, the 27-year-old singer, who performed her two newest singles “Lose You To Love Me” and “Look at Her Now”, was putting “a lot of pressure” on herself before the performance.

Selena has been very open with her struggles with anxiety in the recent past.
