Love Island’s Tasha and Andrew address huge reality show rumours

Since leaving the Love Island villa and landing back on UK soil, fourth place couple Andrew Le Page and Tasha Ghouri have been inundated with job offers and rumours are flying that they’re set to join some huge reality shows.

And addressing the reports that he’s signed up for the next series of Dancing On Ice, Andrew, 27, exclusively tells OK! that he’d love to take on the ITV skating show.

“This is the first I’ve heard of it but I’d love to do it if they’d have me,” Andrew said. “I can’t dance but I’ve got a very good teacher in Tasha.”

But there’s one reality show from across the pond that Andrew, who was an estate agent in Dubai before appearing on the ITV2 dating show, has received a solid job offer from.

“While I was in the villa, I had a direct message from the Selling Sunset Instagram saying if I’m ever in LA I’ve got a job, which is pretty cool,” said Andrew, who is from Guernsey.

“I don’t know if that’s true but it would be such a cool show to go on. We’ll see,” he teased.

“It will happen, you have to believe in it!” added girlfriend Tasha, who has her sights set on Strictly Come Dancing. “I think Strictly would be really interesting because its [dancing] styles I’ve never done before so it would be a challenge. So who knows!” she says.

Model and dancer Tasha, 23, was the first of this year’s female’s contestants to land a fashion deal upon leaving the villa and was signed up as eBay’s pre-loved fashion ambassador.

Meanwhile winner Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu signed a reported £1 million deal with fashion brand Oh Polly.

Tasha also wants to continue to raise awareness for the deaf community after opening up about her own journey and showing off her cochlear implant on the programme.

“I’ve walked out feeling like I’ve done something good,” said Tasha, who had the implant fitted at the age of five after being born deaf.

“There were hard times but coming out and seeing what the deaf community has said has been so nice. I hope I’ve shown that it is a superpower.”

She continued: “I think it’s something that is seen in a negative way. But there’s not a stereotypical or certain way of being deaf or having a cochlear implant.

“I was just being true to myself. And your superpower doesn’t define you, it’s just a part of who you are.

“I’ve had messages from people saying, ‘I’ve got a cochlear implant and now I’ve got the confidence to wear my hair up.’ That’s what I wanted to do with this and show that people can do whatever they want.”
