Kitty Scott-Claus grew to fame as a finalist on RuPaul’s Drag Race UK season 3 and made it to finals week of Celebrity MasterChef earlier this year. Cooking alongside Katya Jones, the pair sparked rumours of a Strictly Come Dancing appearance, a fire she is more than happy to stoke.

Shortly after her appearance on Celebrity MasterChef, the star revealed that behind-the-scenes, Katya took charge of the burgeoning chef.

Whenever there was a break in filming MasterChef, Katya was teaching Kitty the Foxtrot, Jive and other fun routines to pass the time.

The Strictly professional shared some clips on her Instagram, stirring their fans into a frenzy with the thoughts of a future partnership, that could make Kitty into the first Drag Queen to compete on the BBC dance show.

Speaking exclusively to Express.co.uk, Kitty confirmed she is more than willing to join the show, but is simply waiting for an offer.

She said of the rumours she’d join the 2023 Strictly cast: “I don’t want to add fuel to the fire, but I would love to. It’s one of my favourite shows.

“I’ve watched Strictly for years, I’m a huge fan!”

She added: “When we did MasterChef, Katya was there and everytime we went on break we’d be doing like one, two three,” the performer shared while showing off a few Cha Cha Cha steps at the TV Choice Awards.

Kitty continued: “It needs to happen! TV execs, get me on, I’ll do it! I accept! I’ll do it for free! I’m joking.”

In light of the exciting Blackpool week, Kitty also noted she would get past the Tower Ballroom and all the way to the final once again.

She said: “I’d get all the 10s from Shirley, that’s what we want.”

However, the star does have one potential fear: “I can’t even think about how intense it would be. I’ve worked with people who have done it and I feel like I’d surprise people.”

Having been on two reality TV competition shows so far, Kitty is ready for more, saying she would even be willing to do I’m A Celebrity.

She said: “I want to do it all. Get me in the jungle, I’ll eat the balls, kangaroo penis, it’s nothing worse than I’ve already eaten do you know what I mean?”

The Drag Race alumn spoke about the current season, saying she is “obsessed” with the competitors.

She gushed: “The thing is all the girls on the show are incredible and the platform it gives them.

“I can hand-on-heart say it’s amazing and everyone should do the show, everyone should do Drag Race.”

The season has come under fire with the controversial elimination of fan-favourite Dakota Schiffer earlier this month.

Kitty revealed she had a “soft spot” for the 22-year-old: “I knew her before the show, she did some of my wigs for season three.

“I’m like her number one fan, and she’s done so well and people really get behind her which is amazing.”

Kitty addressed the criticisms and trolling some of the other competitors had received due to Dakota’s elimination saying: “Everyone has that one queen that they gravitate towards which is what it’s about. We want people to have their favourites and be rooting for someone but I’m very much in the mindset of if you’ve got nothing nice to say don’t say anything at all.”

Still in the running for the season 4 crown are Jonbers Blonde, Danny Beard, Cheddar Gorgeous and Black Peppa.

The finale of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK season 4 airs tonight at 9pm on BBC Three.
