Katie Price’s sister Sophie has shared a sweet snap of mum Amy meeting her grandson for the first time after welcoming son Albert last month.

Sophie, who is the younger half sister to 43-year-old Katie – shared the picture with her followers on Instagram Stories during a Q+A on Tuesday evening. When asked: “Has your mum got to meet Albert yet?” She confirmed: “She has indeed yes,” before posting the gorgeous image.

It showed Amy, who was diagnosed with a terminal lung condition in 2017, smiling down at her grandson while she held the newborn in her arms as he peacefully looked up at her.

Amy, 64, suffers from idopathic pulmonary fibrosis, an incurable condition that has left her with just 32 per cent of her normal lung capacity. She had previously gone into self-isolation amid the coronavirus pandemic.

During the Q+A, Sophie also revealed she’s enjoying motherhood as she candidly opened up to her followers.

When one asked how she was adjusting to her new role as a mum, she said: “I’m literally taking it day by day atm [at the moment] and finding my feet. Trying to get out as much as I can too.”

When another follower asked how little Albert was, she added he is “excellent” and “such a good baby”.

The 31 year old welcomed her first child with her other half Harry Brooks in May and revealed his sweet name.

She took to her Instagram feed to announce the happy news with a gorgeous photo of her baby boy's little hand.
