Jesy Nelson has reportedly been offered a £1million deal to launch her clothing line with Pretty Little Thing.

Former Little Mix star Jesy, 29, is said to have been “inundated with lucrative deals” as she prepares to launch her solo career.

Jesy, who recently shared the moment she decided to leave Little Mix, previously worked with the clothing brand alongside her former bandmates Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirwall in 2019.

A source has told The Sun On Sunday: “Jesy has been inundated with lucrative deals from clothing brands all keen to work with her.

“PLT are frontrunners at the moment and Jesy is definitely excited to share her unique fashion sense with fans and celebrate body positivity.

“She’s been open about her confidence struggles and many youngsters look up to her and love her style.

“Jesy has a massive social media following and bosses know the range would be a huge hit.”

It comes after Jesy confirmed she will release solo music this summer after reports claimed she wants to “sever ties” with her former bandmates.

Jesy made the confirmation as she posted a series of gorgeous photos of herself on Instagram, which she captioned with “Cosmo photo dump”.

A fan then commented on the post with: “Like this comment if you’re going to feed us with some new music this summer,” which Jesy was seen liking appearing to confirm her upcoming music release.

Fans went wild as they reacted to Jesy liking the comment as one said: “Omggggg freaking out.” Another added: “JESY IS OFFICIALLY RELEASING MUSIC THIS SUMMER.”

With a third comment adding: “I’M SO FLIPPING EXCITED”.

Jesy, who fans fear has fallen out with Leigh-Anne after failing to congratulate her on her pregnancy, was recently reported to be severing ties with her former Little Mix bandmates after leaving the group late last year.

A source told The Sun Online: “The plan was always to stay in touch but that just hasn’t happened because Jesy didn’t want it.

“She wants to sever ties and start again – that seems to be both professionally and personally.”

Jesy recently discussed the breaking point which caused her to leave Little Mix.

Speaking in an interview with Cosmopolitan, Jesy explained: “The last music video we did [Sweet Melody] was the breaking point.”

She added that she felt “pressure to lose weight” as she prepared to film the video after coming out of lockdown.

The singer went on an “extreme diet“ in the lead up to filming, but said she still felt anxious on the day, which caused her to have a panic attack.

She explained: “On the day of the Sweet Melody video I had a panic attack on set because I didn’t look how I wanted to look and I found it so hard to just be happy and enjoy myself.”
