Eric Church Finally Drops Full Version Of ‘Through My Ray-Bans’

Eric Church finally dropped the full version of his much-awaited song, “Through My Ray-Bans,” dedicated to the survivors and victims of the shooting that occurred at the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas in 2017.

“Through My Ray-Bans” was co-written with Luke Laird and Barry Dean, with the festival crowd in mind.

“Everybody’s got their arms around everybody else’s shoulders / Guarding against the world outside like an army of Friday night soldiers / The battle wages tomorrow but tonight you don’t give a damn / Wish you could stay the way I see you through my Ray-Bans,” Church sings.

The country music singer-songwriter teased the song back in April.

“Through My Ray-Bans” comes following other new songs Church has released recently, including “Hell of a View,” “Stick That in Your Country Song,” “Crazyland” and “Bad Mother Trucker.”
