Cheryl has reportedly been left unimpressed with her ex Liam Payne, after he opened up about their first encounter.
Fight For This Love singer Cheryl, 36, and her former One Direction ex Liam first crossed paths when Liam auditioned for The X Factor in 2008 and Cheryl was a judge on the panel when he was just 14.
Liam, 26, didn't make it past judging houses in that series but re-auditioned in 2010 and later went on to enjoy worldwide success after he was placed in group One Direction, formed by the judges from a selection of solo The X Factor hopefuls.
The couple began dating in 2016 and later went on to welcome son Bear together, who recently celebrated his third birthday without his dad because of the coronavirus.

The pair later announced their decision to part ways in July 2018 and continue to co-parent their son together.
Strip That Down singer Liam was awkwardly asked to revisit the moment he met Cheryl in a recent interview with Esquire.
While watching his The X Factor audition tape, where he performed Frank Sinatra’s Fly Me To The Moon.
He said: “Let's address the elephant in the room.
“Obviously…the future mother of my son is sat in that chair.”
Liam then quipped: “This is now an episode of How I Met Your Mother, so that's enough of that I think.”
Cheryl is now reportedly “not impressed” by the comment because, according to Heat magazine, she “hates being reminded of their awkward history”.
A source told the publication: “It’s really embarrassing when it’s put in that context and it makes her cringe.”
It comes after Liam shared his heartbreak over his son Bear “needing him” as they’re separated in lockdown.
Liam, who recently volunteered at a food bank, is staying in London while Cheryl is looking after son Bear during the coronavirus pandemic.

Speaking on his YouTube channel, Liam opened up about a video call with his son, Liam recalled the video chat. He said: “He’s been really cute this week I have to mention.
“He was like: ‘Oh, we need you here now Daddy’,” Liam said as he pulled a sad face.
The dad-of-one, who recently teased plans for a One Direction reunion, added: “Bless him, made me wanna cry. But, yeah we’re all missing family and friends right now so big love to all my family and fiends that I’m missing, I will see you again, I’m sure.”
