Love Island star Cara De La Hoyde has opened up on why she no longer speaks to some of her fellow former Islanders.
Cara, 31, met now-husband Nathan Massey, 29, on the second series of the reality dating show in 2015.
But, six years on the now mum-of-two has revealed she no longer speaks to some of her cast mates and doesn't have time to watch the show.
Cara, who recently tearfully said she "can't cope" with her daughter, made the revelations during an Instagram question and answer session where she was quizzed by some of her 1.1 million fans.
One follower asked: "Do you still speak to anyone in your love island series apart from Nathan". To which Cara she simply said: "Some".
When pressed further on why she no longer speaks to some of the Love Island stars, Cara explained: "It's not that I don't speak to them or go out my way not to.
"But as I'm sure many parents can understand, people's lives and interest change. I'm sure none of my fellow Islanders would be that bothered about me telling them about what nappies I'm using for Delilah or how Mr Tumble has a new spotty bag" followed by a laughing face emoji.
She ended her post with: "Peoples lives and circles change that's all" followed by a shrugging emoji.
Cara, who's mum recently revealed she "made a cup of tea" during her raunchy Love Island scenes, shares her children Freddie, three, and Delilah, one, with husband Nathan.
The reality star mum recently revealed to The Sun that she no longer watches Love Island, either.
She explained: "It's too much.
"I don't watch it anymore. I'm too busy with my kids. I've got two now, got no time for that."

Following her recent comments, Cara was asked if she doesn't feel "as connected" to the show anymore.
Cara explained: "It's not that I don't feel connected. Love Island will always be a massive part of my live and I will be so thankful to it for every opportunity it has given me.
"But I'm now 31 with 2 children and a husand so it just not something that I relate to anymore when I actually get a chance to watch TV" she wrote followed by an emoji of a monkey covering its eyes.
She added a laughing face emoji and ended her message with: "Normally I'm stuck watching @CbebbiesHQ".
