Britney Spears fans have expressed some concern for the star after she posts “the same” naked photo.
The singer, 40, oozed full body confidence as she posed for the full frontal photos, using a combination of her hands and a carefully placed red heart emoji to cover her modesty.
However, some fans couldn’t help but notice that the first photo was very similar toseveral naked photos the star has posted previously, leading some fans to ask her to “change up” her content.
Explaining in the caption, Britney wrote: "Not the same pic … this is red blood heart pic”.
Followers and fans took to the comments section, with some urging the star to stop sharing nude photos.

"Why?????? You don’t need to do that," said one.
Another added: "Everyday the same thing."
"OH GOSH AGAIN? STOPPPPPPPPPPP," said a third.
A fourth went on to plead: "Can we get a different set of pictures please. Just to switch it up."
However, some were loving the star’s new found freedom on social media, following the release from her conservatorship last year.
One wrote: “I love you just share what you want on your instagram no matter how many ppl get ‘outraged’ !! Love your life we support you”.
Another wrote: “Queen of being free and owning your own body! We love You”, while a third simply wrote: “Love U Queen”.
Earlier this month, Britney and her fiancé Sam, 28,shared the sad news they had suffered a miscarriage early into their pregnancyand explained in a statement how they had announced the pregnancy early because they were "overly excited".
In the statement Britney and Sam said: “It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that we have lost our miracle baby early in the pregnancy.
"This is a devastating time for any parent. Perhaps we should have waited to announce until we were further along however we were overly excited to share the good news.
"Our love for each other is our strength. We will continue trying to expand our beautiful family."
Britney and her fiancé Sam concluded their sad announcement by asking for privacy during this time.
In response to Britney and Sam’s announcement, many fans have praised the singer for being open during such a difficult experience.
Writing messages in support of the star, one fan wrote: “It's really sad hearing about Britney's miscarriage. She's such a strong person and deserves so much.”
Another added: “The shaming around miscarriage after announcing the pregnancy before 12 weeks is a disgraceful part of the narrative around baby loss. Nobody should have to carry this on top of their grief.
“I hope @britneyspears can draw comfort from the love and support of well wishers.”
“'I'm thankful you announced," one person commented. "There is stigma with announcing too early, and then with miscarriage you have to be quiet.
"By doing this, you're allowing space for others to heal just as you. The more we speak about it, the more we all know we experience it together. I'm sorry for your loss.”
